Contact Better Baby

Email support@better-baby.app. Include your app version, device model, and what happened. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and medical records.

Manage a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Better Baby. You can also use Manage Subscription in the app. Deleting the app or your Better Baby account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Open Apple subscriptions. For an Apple purchase refund, visit Apple's refund service.

Restore a purchase

Sign in with the Apple account you used to subscribe, then tap Restore purchases on the Better Baby subscription screen. Contact us if your subscription still does not appear.

Account and privacy requests

You can start account deletion in Better Baby Settings. To request access, a correction, or help completing deletion, email support@better-baby.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
