Delete your account

You can delete your Better Baby account and its information at any time.

In the app

Open Better Baby and tap Profile.
Tap Settings, then Delete account.
Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple too.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@better-baby.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, and we'll reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account, your sign-in record, your children's profiles, plans, saved meals, logs, photos and Saple conversations. Copies may remain in backups and technical logs for a limited time, and we keep what the law requires, such as purchase records.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel Better Baby Plus. Cancel it in Apple subscriptions first, or it will keep renewing.
